Citi Finance Summer Analyst?

Hi guys, I have an interview for the Citi Finance Summer Analyst coming up...and I realized that I am not sure exactly what they do...anyone care to enlighten me on what I would be doing as a Finance Summer Analyst?

most of the time the questions would be: why IB why Citi advantages and disadvantages the biggest challenge or the most difficult situation teamwork ~~~

 

Any info about this topic would be much appreciated.

Also, what is a typical bonus for "Finance" divisions (NOT corp fin or lev fin or public fin etc)....10% of base? 50% of base?

What are the hours like typically? At Citi or any other firm?

And please compare it to Operations, as it seems to me that since both are internal and both are non revenue generating etc etc. Is that correct? Is it more prestigous than Ops?
