Coming up with non-generic behavioural questions

Hey all,

Handling recruiting for a campus position. I'm in charge of handling behavioral questions for 30 minutes and would really like to avoid the generic walk me thru your resume + why this role. Would rather have some hard hitting, not easy to give a scripted answer for questions.

Has anyone received any standout behavioral questions during recruiting that made you pause and think? Any suggestions for a newly minted associate in handling interviews for the first time?
