Has anyone ever been a part of the Commercial Banker Associate program at JP Morgan Chase? I am interviewing for it, and it seems like a very high paying, prestigious role. Basically, 3 years as an associate and then you move up to VP. Is it as good as it seems or is their a lot of burn out? Also, recruiter mentioned cold calls. I hated cold calling. Is there a lot of it?
