Commercial Real estate to infrastructure
Currently 31F with 9-years of investment experience at a commercial real estate fund, vice president title. Really interested in the intersection of real estate and infrastructure, think getting infrastructure investment experience would help round out career.
Is it possible to move from PERE to infrastructure investment or project finance in NYC? Has this been done before? If I need an MBA, does it even make sense at this age / level?
