Concerned about a Background Check

Hello:) Recently I received an offer for one-year long internship with a large management consultancy, pending on a background check. Everything in terms of previous employment and criminal record is alright, however I am a bit concerned about my educational background check. I transferred after my first year of university. I did very well during the first year and was offered to join a better university directly into the second year of the same course. The problem is that on my application form I only mentioned my new university along with the first year grades from the old one (which implies that I have received them from the new uni). Also, during the interview process I did not say that I have transferred. Do you think that the company may withdraw its offer because I have not reported my full history? The reason why I didn't do it is because First Year results don't even count towards the final degree classification and I felt it will look a bit awkward to put two unis on my application. So, I decided to only write about the new one which is relevant and from where I hope to graduate.
