Corporate Banking to FP&A

Hi all,

I recently migrated here from an Asian country. With an experience of 2 Years in Corp Banking and MBA, I got into a small Asian Bank in a similar role. I look after syndication loans, Project Finance, revolvers and term loans. But as the Bank has very small presence here and are not trying to expand either so it doesn't make sense for them to pay much and hence I have been trying to jump to the bigger Banks within Corp Banking. I have had little progress in that so far.

But I got some calls for better paying FP&A roles that I am not much interested in. But because of pay I am little inclined.

Not very sure whether this will be a good decision if I accept the FP&A job.
