Cover Letter / Interview Advice

Hoping someone can provide some insight on Private Banking analysts and what their normal day looks like, specifically at Citi. Also, is there any interview info or tips anyone could provide? To those of you out there at Citi, anything special you guys had in your cover letter or resume that you think helped seal the deal? I've been reading every thread I've come across about interviewing that's posted here, but not many mention much about PB analyst interviews, and glassdoor seems to be silent with PB info as well.
