Credit trading to BDC - Leveraged Lending

I’ve tried to do some searching around but haven’t really seen anything of the sort. I was curious to hear from any professionals on here about the possibility of being able to make a switch from credit trading at a Bulge Bracket to a BDC or Leveraged Lender in the middle market space such as Golub Capital or Antares Capital.

These shops appear to have capital markets, underwriting, syndication, and Assistant PM roles. I imagine these roles would be more so reserved for an IB analyst in leverage finance/ DCM (understandable), but is a transition from credit S&T possible or at least relevant? The space / jobs do seem interesting to me. Just curious, thank you.
