Decision between 2 SA offers

Just wanted some advice on which SA offer to pick for next year. Offer A is at a good BB, good OT pay, ok culture (obviously tough to say because it is group dependent), and higher return offer rate. Offer B is at a better BB, no OT pay, probably similar or a bit tougher culture (may be splitting hairs though), tougher for return.

I know it sounds like Offer A is the no-brainer, but Offer B does offer more prestige and will likely help with exit ops if I do get the return. Also, I know it is only for 10 weeks, but the difference in pay is significant w/o OT. Thoughts?
