You shouldn't really expect to learn techs from your courseload, and it really doesn't matter what you major in considering you'll have so little classes under your belt by recruiting season. Study these independently sometime before you start applying sophomore year, (don't stress about technicals too much right now, focus mainly on keeping a good GPA, joining the relevant investment club, etc.

If interested in finance, why not go to a school where you can study it?
