Tried applying for the DB internship and did the SJT which was immediately assessed as no pass. Apparently my “deciding and initiating action” was low out of all things, but I’m literally just applying for an internship. Is there a way of cracking these tests (even though it makes no sense for me to lead all the time if I’m just an intern)?
