Disability disclosure on applications.
Recent grad working in front-office role.
When applying to roles, is there any advantage (or disadvantage) to disclosing a disability. I have OCD (technically counts but nothing crazy), is this something that could get me a closer look (with DEI & etc.), or do you think some firms will hold this against me. Any insight would be appreciated.
I thought those weren't looked at and only used for aggregate stats unless you go through DEI programs
Likewise. Although I wouldn't put it past BB firms.
