Discontinued education on resume

Hi all, I am currently working on making my resume as good as possible for upcoming investment banking internship applications. I am a student at one of the top business schools in my country but did one year of engineering studies before starting my business studies. Since I didn't complete my engineering degree I'm a bit concerned about how I should present it on my resume. I don't want it to sound like I dropped out because the level was too high for me to handle (I had a great GPA from the engineering school but switched to business studies because I'm more interested in it than engineering). Anybody got good ideas for how to best get this idea out on my resume?
