do offers come in waves?
after one super day, do all the offers from that super day get sent out on one specific day? or do firms sort of send them out on a rolling basis
asking for BBs/MMs

Yea usually offers for must-offer folks come out in one wave and pending what HR says for class size and/or what first offer folks say then you might go out to ~one more person
Don't understand, why is the order of offer waves significant?
At least the way I’ve seen it when an offers go out for that super day you should expect all of them to have gone out. Not sure if it’s significant but wanted to provide insight on what I’ve seen
Because they can't offer it to everyone at the same time. If they have 5 offers to give out, and one person says no, then they send out an offer to one more person. If they sent all 6 offers at once, expecting only 5 to accept, they could end up with too many new hires if everyone accepts.
Bump also wondering
