Doing two internships at once?

Sophomore at HYP. I am international and was planning on doing an internship in my home country this summer. However, structured summer internships are not a thing there so I had to network and talk to people to get internships. I currently have two offers- one at a VC/startup incubator and another at an international development and aid firm. I am really interested in both and they both do work that I would LOVE.

My goal is to do OCR for consulting junior fall so this summer is important for my resume. They would both let me be a part-time intern since I am basically designing my own internship with them. Would it look bad if I did two part-time internships instead of one full-time? Would it make the internships seem less valuable to a recruiter? I'm not worried about workload/logistics etc. Or would you suggest doing two 6 week full-time internships(break down summer into two but work for less time at each). Thank you!
