recently i got an email from Barclays inviting me to join their early interview cycle for S&T summer 2017. bit new to all of this so i have some questions:
- what does "early interview cycle" really mean? why do firms do it and why was i chosen?
- how much does being part of the early interview cycle help in actually landing the internship? is there a much higher acceptance rate?
- how many rounds? the email made it seem like there would only be one interview
