Email analysis- Is this an offer?

**Applied for this position through my school's career services direct link and have completed all rounds of the interview process. Just received an email from the HR a couple of days ago, anyone know if this email suggests that an offer is coming? Thanks! **

I did mention that it was a personal email sent by a HR and I have already completed multiple rounds of interview…… I just wanted to get other people’s opinion on whether this email suggests that I passed the final round
