Hey everyone,
I want to thank everyone on this forum for their help (indirectly and directly). I relieved a BB full time S&T offer after my Summer Analyst experience and couldn't be more excited, thankful, and proud.
If anyone looking to break in has any questions that I might be able to answer, feel free to ask. I don't come from a target school and I know how challenging it can be find a way to get your foot in the door.

NY office? How are midwest target schools represented in your bank/group? Say U Chicago or Northwestern
Yes, NYC office.
I know of atleast 3 northwestern students in IBD or S&T at the BB I received my offer from. Michigan is very well represented as well. I can think of only one UChicago student off the top of my head.
I will say this; there are for more alumni present at these banks than you could possibly imagine. I went in thinking XX amount and realized I was off by a good 4x, and met new alumni every day. And it's not like I'm a Harvard student.
