Feel like a Bad Analyst

Feeling kinda like crap rn. Been on the job for a bit and did reasonably well during summer internship but just feel like I'm completely off base now, even a few months in.

I'm definitely making more mistakes on attention to detail than I should be, and even though I'm putting in the time (consistent late hours), I'm still not working fast enough or getting things right. Maybe I have ADHD? Still trying to come into work with a good attitude and stay in good relationship with my associates but otherwise feel like things are not moving in a good direction...

Frustrating that I'm in this state, and not doing as well as I hoped. Anyone else feel this way?

Feeling bad about yourself won’t help. People can read this + affects performance.

Best / most helpful in this moment: 1. Forgive yourself, 2. Lower significance

This should help to lower anxiety / rumination, improve focus and leaning.
