Feeling Lost. Need some help and guidance!

I am a recent MBA grad from a target school. Given the not ideal market conditions even though I had a great internship at a BB, I was unable to secure a full-time offer. I recruited and networked hard over the past year and managed to get an internship at a no-name sell-side boutique (<10 folks) focusing on a niche boutique (no other MM/EB/BB even focus on it). To add to that, the firm is not FINRA registered so that's that.

I am getting great exposure to different facets of the deal making process which I otherwise would not have gotten as an Associate at a bulge and the pay is not too bad (220-250k all in) for the hours I work (40-50 hrs/week). What I am worried about is that the more time I spend at my current shop, the less attractive a candidate I become for other MM/BB banks when the current economic conditions reverse. Thinking about my future prospects has gotten me stressed to the point that I wake up atleast 4-5 times a day to check job posting sites or my e-mail for any replies to my networking outreach. Would appreciate any guidance and help on how to position myself for a lateral move and what exit options would look like?
