Fiedelity Brokerage Trainee?

Hey Everyone!

I applied to The Brokerage Trainee position at Fidelity, which states to provide motivated individuals with an opportunity to join the Operations and Services Group (OSG) within Fidelity Investments. The Questions I have that I need help with are the following:

• Is this program one in which people heard of? Any people ever take it, whats it like?
• If anyone knows the pay for the program and duration it would be great to know?

And another basic question, I am obv not as skilled as many ppl working in top firms so what are some easy firms to apply to that I could get my foot into the financial world.
