Figuring out bank's structure, group information, size

Hello, I'm a new user and searched this site for answers first. I know every bank's website offers some idea about structure, but sometimes I find the information insufficient or inconsistent with job postings. Furthermore, it's hard to figure out the size of these groups. All of this seems to be compounded when firms have different offices that perform different functions.

Can anyone tell me how public finance fits into the structure at Barclays? What about Barclays in San Francisco or Menlo Park? Public finance at Barclays in New York? It's under investment banking, but is there even a public finance division at Barclays New York? How many people are in these groups? Roughly speaking, how many analysts?

For instance, if I got to the Barclays website, I can't find how public finance fits into the categories under investment banking. http://www.barcap.com/client-offering/investment-…
