Figuring out bank's structure, group information, size

Hello, I'm a new user and searched this site for answers first. I know every bank's website offers some idea about structure, but sometimes I find the information insufficient or inconsistent with job postings. It's under investment banking, but is there even a public finance division at Barclays New York? How many people are in these groups? Roughly speaking, how many analysts?

For instance, if I got to the Barclays website, I can't find how public finance fits into the categories under investment banking. http://www.barcap.com/client-offering/investment-…
