Finance assessment tests for Hedge Funds
Hi there,
I've got an interview coming up in two weeks with a small hedge fund next week and part of it includes a test. This is not one of those personality tests or a modeling test but rather a content test assessing finance skills. I've never done one of these before and am looking to move from a PE-esque seat and so haven't really interviewed with many hedge funds. Are there any precedents out there I can use as practice or know what to expect. From this forum it seems that personality tests and modeling cases are not uncommon, but haven't seen any precedent for this.
Thanks in advance!
Can't really say more without knowing what type of fund it is. But usually for these test you can expect math, stats, probability.
