Follow-up email to Interviewer or HR?

Hello guys,

I wanted take your advice on whom to send the follow-up email to?
Is it better to ask the HR?? (Last time I asked , I was told that they are still reviewing)

Does it mean that the decision still lies with the interviewers? Please advise.

if you just interviewed with HR, then you follow up w/HR. after they say ok, you interview with the team and you follow up with them. HR is just the pre-screen. after that it's the team. not sure how they'll respond to you badgering them about a decision though

I interviewed with the executives not the HR. But presently the HR is still the point of contact.

I'm not sure if I should follow up the HR or the ppl who interviewed me
