Following up after receiving offer

Hey everyone, last Friday I received an internship offer in my email from a BB for this summer. In the email that was sent, it had my hourly rate, sign-on bonus, and dates when the internship started and ended. In the email it said I have until this upcoming Friday (the 12th) to accept.

I emailed on Monday (two days ago I would accept the offer and I am interested to hear the next steps) - no answer. Then again this morning I followed up to the email.

With the deadline coming for me to accept, which I already did this past Monday, I am a little curious on when I should hear back, assuming I have to sign something.

So what I am asking is if I am being unnecessarily impatient? Overthinking?
