Fraud on a Public Monument

I received a fantastic offer for a summer internship which I readily accepted. I am filling out the forms for the background check right now. The Summer going in to college (three Summers ago) I was caught attempting to sneak into a music festival. I was charged with a misdemeanor - Fraud on a Public Monument. Obviously I should mention/explain this in the section that asks if I have any convictions, right? However, there is also a questionnaire to fill out for the SEC. One of the questions is the following:

B. In the past 10 years, have you or an organization you controlled ever: 1. been convicted of or pled guilty or nolo contendere ("no contest") in a domestic, foreign, or military court to a misdemeanor involving: investment-related business, or any fraud, false statements, or omissions, wrongful taking of property, bribery, perjury, forgery, counterfeiting, extortion, or a conspiracy to commit any of these offenses? 2. been charged with a misdemeanor listed in Item B(1)? *

Do I need to answer "Yes" on this question? Obviously my charge has "fraud" in the title but it's a pretty different offense than a business related one. Am I screwed? Thanks in advance.
