Freshman at Non-Target - Internship Advice Needed
I'm a freshman at a non-target school in NYC and I just landed a finance internship at a small firm for summer 2024. I was wondering if I should also look for off-cycle internships to get myself prepped for a potential sophomore summer 2025 internship in IB or S&T. I'm still deciding in what I want to go for, leaning towards S&T. Is there any advice for certain small NYC companies that hire interns for school semester internships? Is there any other advice you can give me for a sophomore internship at a BB/MM bank?
