from back office to front
Hi All, I work in the back office of one of the most reputable funds doing valuations and am looking to transition into a front office investment position in a more risky environment (private markets, complex securities, really any investments)
I am not great at networking but I usually nail interviews and all the test/brainteasers etc. I have very good technical skills (Excel, Python) and fundamental knowledge.
Could you please share advise on how I can find firms that test the candidates using those tests, or how can I network with recruiters to get my foot into the first rounds?
Thanks you all,
Neo
Edit: im not a “nerd”, i am a top performer, i just hate the boring process of networking.
Good luck Neo
