From s&t to tech, salary ?

Hello,
I am currently a second year analyst in a s&t role at one of the top US BB.

I have recently been randomly approached by a big tech startup via a headhunter, i don't have any immediate transferable skills. My current salary is around 85-90 fixed + looking at 50-60k$ bonus.
They are asking for how much i would like to get to leave.
If i stay, Associate promotions are this july, which means getting a very significant bump to around 130k$ + the bonus etc...

I am a bit fed up of my job and i think the opportunity i am being offered is really cool in terms of content, so i am expecting to leave anyway. I just don't want to get lowballed too much.

Given the sector change + lack of directly transferable experience, i don't really know if it would make sense to ask for something like 130-140k$. (package also comes with SO / bonus, lower than in finance obviously)
But i feel that the potential associate promotion is a valid argument. Otherwise I might be better off just waiting another year to put a floor on my current salary.

What do you think ?

Thanks !

Hey, thanks for your answer. Its not completely prerevenue but its already quite big and has a "shitlaod" of VC funding like you said. Its not a "high risk high reward type" exit/IPO multiple compared to today is going to be x6-7 at most. I view this more as a soft transition to the tech sector. I just find it annoying that if i wait just 1 year, this whole discussion will be void as noone is going to contest 130k$ by then. But i may not have this type of opportunity if i wait.
