FT Recruiting Environment
I completed SA at a LMM and didn't get a return offer due to headcount. I got some interviews last month but processes would get axed halfway. I've been networking my ass off until now but it seems like all the banks are either on a hiring freeze or that they took their entire intern class. Is anyone else in the same boat? I know returns were low across the board but a lot of my friends seem to have returns, so I don't really know anyone else still struggling for FT lol.
