Full-time advice: rising senior

Currently a junior at a target with a junior summer internship secured. The only problem is that I found out our group has historically very low return offer rates after accepting the offer already. I would still like to work here but am trying to plan ahead when it comes to full-time recruiting in the event that I do not get an offer. I know that full-time recruiting is very difficult as most places fill their spots with their summer interns. Do any of you know of places that have structured full-time processes in finance? I am not looking at IB, and would prefer places with better WLB even if it comes at the cost of pay/prestige. Helpful advice would be much appreciated!
