Full time basically over for NY 2024?

Seems like NY Full time is pretty screwed. Anyone have insight for potential apps opening or spots opening down the road? Feeling a bit hopeless, not in a bad way but in a realistic way. Have sent out hundreds of emails w/ no success so pretty much in the dark. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Yeah it’s very dead. Very little headcount flexibility and if you don’t have a return you’re pretty fucked (speaking from my own experience lmao as a top target with no return from T1 internship).

Nope every industry seemingly connected to or related to finance has had issue with my lack of a return.

I believe a few firms (Santander, Stifrl etc) have not yet finished recruiting/ are still in early stages even but without a summe/after not converting you ened everything to be in place (target unis, solid technicals etc.)
