Full Time Recruiting - PLEASE HELP!

Hi Everyone,

I'm currently looking for a full time job in investment research, investment banking, or as an investment analyst. I've applied to positions at almost all the banks imaginable (BB, non-BB, boutique) and I can't even get a first round interview. I'm starting to think I'm doing something wrong, so I would appreciate any help from the WSO community on figuring out what it is!

My Background: - I'm a Hispanic female, I go to a top 25 university (semi-target), and I'm currently finishing my last semester.

GPA: 3.75 Majors: Business Administration (Finance) and Accounting Past internship experience: Two internships at Big 4 Firm (Financial Services Audit) and one internship at a top PE firm in their hedge fund group Leadership: Deans List, Honor Societies, club president Extracurriculars: I've participated in many diversity conferences and programs, and I'm currently working with a PM to learn about derivatives trading and investment strategies

In addition to applying for the positions, I also network extensively by contacting people on LinkedIn, setting up calls, and going to coffee chats. However, nothing has really resulted from this.

Thanks for taking the time to read this and PLEASE help (I'm starting to go crazy here)!
