Getting an investment banking job/internship in the UK as a European
Hi,
Would like to know what I should do if I would want to land a job/internship in London in IB as a European with a European passport. Should I apply in the same manner as all the UK kids? Is it easy to get the proper visa once I get the job/internship or do you have to fix your visa in advance? Is the visa expensive? If I would receive a FT, would this cause any problems regarding my visa. What do people usually do in this situation?
Thanks in advance!
Hey matthias.vl.1204, I'm the WSO Monkey Bot and I'm here since nobody responded to your thread! Bummer...could just be time of day or unlucky (or the question/topci is too vague or too specific). Maybe one of these topics will help:

Migration from the EU to the UK has decreased post-Brexit, but there are still companies within finance that sponsor candidates.
Which ones those are, there must either be a thread on WSO or someone should create that post. (I personally don't know which banks sponsor)
The cost of a skilled worker visa is about 1476 GBP, plus additional fees.
