Assuming you are still in college and/or a recent grad, I would say start by reaching out to alums from your school that work in those front office roles (start with the most junior and work your way up). If you can't get any traction, I would try going on LinkedIn and sending out some cold emails (keep them short and to the point) and just try to keep the ball rolling.
