I really dont understand how these BB's ghost people or move pretty slow in the hiring process. Super frustrating when you get through all the interviews and dont hear back for two weeks.. Anyone experience this recently as well???

pretty sure i'm being or have been ghosted by a top BB. Frustrating that professionalism is only held up by one party.
