Goldman Securities vs. Barclays IB Decision

Hello, I have a summer analyst opportunity in both Goldman Securities and Barclays IB. I realize that's IB has better exit opps and fits more with my working style (project based) but also know starting a career off a Goldman would be great. Also, I hear there are some project based desks (Principal Strategic Investing, Derivative or structured project desks) that sit in Goldman Securities and overall Goldman has good internal mobility, so a move to IB may be possible.

Any advice on this decision would be much appreciated! Need to make a choice by Monday!

I'd recommend Barclays IB. Great training, but more importantly a really great culture. Agreeing with @JSmithRE2010, make sure you look for opportunities in an area that isn't consolidating.
