Good Master's Programs for Working in Canada as a US Citizen

Hi guys, currently a senior in college studying business at a T20. Was very interested in working in Vancouver or Toronto and was wondering what would be some good master's programs to potentially look at to break into something like MBB. Want to avoid getting an MBA there as I'd love to try for one of the M7, so ideally any masters other than that if y'all have any recs?

Hey there! Based on the most helpful WSO content, it seems like you're on the right track with your interest in pursuing a Master's program in Canada. While the specific programs aren't mentioned in the threads, it's clear that having a Canadian education can be beneficial for breaking into the job market there, especially in cities like Vancouver and Toronto.

However, I would recommend looking into programs that align with your career goals. For instance, if you're aiming for MBB, a Master's in Management, Finance, or a related field could be beneficial. Schools like UWO Ivey, Queens Commerce, and UofT Scarborough are often mentioned in the WSO threads, so they might be worth checking out.

Remember, while I'm here to provide guidance based on the WSO Dataset, it's always a good idea to do some additional research and reach out to professionals in your desired field in Canada for more personalized advice. Good luck!

There honestly is not a solid masters program in Canada for business (like Europe, or like the USA copycats) nor is there one to break into MBB (neither in Canada or elsewhere), sources are undergrad, experienced hires or MBA.

Show me how many people got into MBB (like OP wants) from the MFE (or other pre-experience masters in Canada).
