Good Shape, Bad Shape, or SOL?

P/E Internship this summer
Will Graduate in 2015 (Currently Jr.)

I was lucky enough to land an internship over the summer where I will be working extensively with the MD. Rather than cold calling all day, I will be doing a lot of valuation work, improving my technical skills, and hopefully networking. When school resumes, I will try to get a part time internship in Autumn or Winter quarter.

Assuming I prepare well for interviews, and come across well (haha), what are my prospects for eventually landing a regional boutique/MM IB FT offer? Odds with/without a senior internship?

Thanks!

as my fellow monkeys above have allude to, its really tough to tell, since we have no idea how you'll present or what you'll actually be able to speak well about.

FT recruiting is a bitch, but I wouldn't say your SOL. Somewhere in b/w good shape and bad shape - depending mostly on the strength of your network.

“Success means having the courage, the determination, and the will to become the person you believe you were meant to be”

Network, network, network and network. Also while you're working on your technicals, don't forget to master your behavioral questions and story. It needs to be something people can relate to. Still, as everyone else has said, FT recruiting can be a toss up sometimes. Do your best to round off your weaknesses and just keep pushing.
