Got a “Pre-pip”

Hi guys. So I got a pre-pip. Definitely performance related. I was just not use to having so many responsibilities, multiple project deadlines, being expected to lead weekly progress meetings. Anyways should I start job hunting? I guess I was lacking in professional etiquette too, but that’s kinda learning curve giving I’m a recent grad and this position is more of a 3-4 years of exp role.

I don’t work in finance. I got a degree in engineering and specialized in manufacturing. I love the problem solving side but I realized I suck at project management and when I get stressed out I panic hard . How could I transition to finance without an MBA? I don’t expect to work at a top firm just something that would allow me to see what it would be like. My specialty is mainly in stats.

Hey I’m in a similar position, did you sign the pip?
