Grad to Undergrad Internship? - Breaking In from CF

I'm applying to ER/IB internships after being out of school three years. However, the internships are tailored towards junior year undergrads. Is it OK if I still apply to these, or will my application be put in the bozo bin? I'm fine with an internship at any time of year rather than solely the summer. I finished an FLDP in corporate finance and a year as analyst afterwards as an FYI. Apologies if I missed this in a thread.

Thanks!
