Current college senior who did an internship at a BB/EB but did not get a return. Right now I am trying to recruit for regular start but havent had any luck. Does it make sense to graduate this semester rather than the spring and to start applying for immediate hire / analyst 1 jobs? Not sure if banks want someone who has more reps than just an intern.

Probably a bad idea, as you’ll be up against analysts with experience who are either trying to lateral or got laid off. Take a deep breath and start networking for on cycle opportunities
You need to graduate first, so I would continue to use the next 8 months to find something for this summer.
