Graduated from undergrad state school no job and with 3.0 GPA in Business (Admin/Mgmt) major. What are career options?

I'm posting this for my nephew...as the title says, Graduated from undergrad state school with no job and with 3.0 GPA in Business (Administration) major....also no corporate internships during college...but worked as assistant college athletics coach for 2 years, and currently an elementary school teaching assistant...works well with others...very laid back type of personality (sortof comes across as a stoner, but he's smart)...willing to work long hours if need be (spent many hours helping with recruiting, and player development, organizing travel schedules ect). Now looking for a corporate type position with earning potential. What are the options?

Is HR a good career path? Consulting? Operations?

good luck getting into a good consulting spot. Sales is always a nice if your trying to stay in the business side if things, else HS teachers get paid like 50k a year.

Buying tesla weeklies is literally free money.
