Green card sponsorships at BB/EBs (2024 Update)

Hi all, what is the 2024 update on BB/EBs sponsoring green cards? Previous threads have talked about firms sponsoring only at the VP level - not sure how accurate this is but is this the case today? If they do, which specific green card would they sponsor - EB1, EB2, or EB3? My guess is EB2 or 3 but not sure how this works. Wondering how banks would go through the PERM certification process given the requirements under it (i.e. proving no qualified US workers available to take ur job) - how exactly would banks prove or go about this? Would appreciate if anyone can provide any insights or advice.

Seems like you can check it on US Visa Sponsorship Database Websites. BBs appear to only sponsor GC for VP and up for IB. Only quant roles at analyst level. EBs and top tier MMs (WB/HL/JEFF etc) appear to sponsor GC at upper associate level (usually Associate3 to VP track). Not too sure but this is what it seems like.
