It's probably stupid to ask but when can we expect turnarounds? They said two weeks but on other threads, people say like they got the offer the same day
From what I’ve read, the top candidates will typically hear back within 2 days. However, I’ve seen individuals receiving and offer up to 1-2 weeks after. I think the general principle here is that if you don’t receive anything within 2 days the likelihood of getting an offer is slim.
Makes sense, do you know how great these had to go as well. I feel like 2/3 went fantastic but I dont know if it has to be unanimous
Yea just want to echo what others have shared. I had my Superday for financing last week and I felt very confident about 2 out of the 3 rounds. Didn't necessarily bomb the last round but I couldn't tell if I clicked with the interviewers or not. Ended up getting a call from a VP on the team I was placed on a day later and they went on to tell me what made me a top candidate in their eyes.
So I do think it comes down to a unanimous liking situation. Expect to get a call within 2 days if they really like you, but of course don't be afraid to let HR know if you have competing timelines! Communicating that has helped me get quicker turnarounds in the past at other firms.

How was it? Behavioral/Technical split? Did you guys get any group-specific questions?
It went pretty well, got along with most of the interviewers. Mostly behavioral except for a couple valuation questions. Superday was pretty much to determine if the candidates fit.

I can’t say with certainty, but I think you may have been dinged. You never know though, there could be more rounds
