Has the job market really been that bad?
I keep seeing that the job market is tough and that recruiting for IB is even more competitive this summer. i've felt bad about recruiting and am wondering if having not so good results for recruiting is common? Many people seemingly saying that having even 1 offer anywhere is a win in this job market. would love to hear more perspective. thanks.
