Have I missed the boat?

Is it too late for me to salvage a career?

I'm turning 38 next month and I finished my MBA from USC in 2012. I have 10 years of public accounting experience which doesn't impress.

Will any good company/firm take a chance on me for a leadership development program? I'd love to have a career with a great organization but I'm worried I blew it by not recognizing public accounting was wrong for me earlier and making a change coinciding with my finishing of grad school.

Any thoughts?
