High School - Advice

Hi! I'm a high school junior from Maryland with a 3.8 GPA (4.67 weighted). I've taken 7 AP courses, and I've interned with a finance consultant. I'm the president of Rho Kappa Honors Society (social studies concentration) at school and captain of debate team.

I'm interested in investment banking and plan to apply to UPenn Wharton ED (binding), but it's a reach. What can I do to maximize my chances of getting in?

  1. I've been trying to get an investment banking/finance/economics related internship. I know this is super rare for high schoolers, but let me know if there's anything I can do.

  2. How can I network my way to a top school or a prestegious internship as a high schooler? I've created a LinkedIn profile for myself.

  3. How can I start an investment group at my school? A point in the right direction would be super helpful.

  4. How else can I stand out to Wharton? Even though it's a reach school and I only have one Summer left before I apply, I want to maximize my chances.

If you've read my post this far, thank you so much! Any advice for me at all is wonderful.
