How can I lateral in 2023

Currently at a LMM boutique with good deal experience, have been involved in every stage of the deal process on 6 sell side transactions, two closed & 4 on going right now. (EBITDA ranges between 2mm - 25mm) I fucking hate my bank and only took this because I thought I'd be able to lateral to a MM after a year, I've been applying for the last month, easily done over 200 apps (just LinkedIn & site applications). I've had two interviews at UMM banks but was passed on one & the other, the position was eliminated. I'm starting to think I won't find anything and I'll be stuck. Can anyone recommend any strategies to get more interviews?

Always recommend keep grinding on networking. It's obviously a little different than playing the innocent college student card, but I still think it's common to reach out to juniors at other banks you want to work at and grow your base. Often times recruiting will know they need a spot upcoming and they'll ask current workforce if there's anyone they know that would be a good candidate without even posting an application (at first). I'd also make sure to maximize your effort on what's realistic in your position at a MM. I'd spend all my time networking / interview prepping for MM IB / LMM PE, rather than upstream
