How different is a superday/interviews for a summer associate vs FT associate? I got an offer for a summer associate role at a BB through my MBA program however, now I intend on graduating early and can join as a FT associate instead. Can I convert it into a FT role? Could you share some tips on how to go about asking for converting my internship into full-time? Or am I dreaming and this can't be possible?
